Information you choose to provide

This starter website does not maintain user accounts or a private online database. When you use an email link, call, text, or send a completed PDF, the information is transmitted through the communication service you choose.

Intake information

Do not place Social Security numbers, complete banking information, passwords, or unnecessary identity documents in a preliminary intake. Sensitive family, legal, medical, trauma, or minors’ information should be limited to what is necessary to identify a category or boundary.

Files and communications

Prospective-author materials may be retained for project review, communication, rights assessment, legal or compliance needs, and continuity of the publishing process. Accepted projects receive project-specific privacy, recording, retention, and AI terms in the signed agreement.

Third-party services

Email, telephone, Zoom, PDF software, hosting, and other services operate under their own privacy and security terms.
