Divinityx Publishing Company reviews fit, scope, readiness, source strength, rights, privacy, production risk, and the possible publishing model. Intake does not guarantee acceptance.

Acceptance and Agreement
Accepted projects receive the agreement that matches the approved structure. Project-specific services, economics, rights, approvals, privacy, AI, marketing, and expansion terms are completed before signing.

Deep Author Discovery Session™
After agreement execution, guided questions capture your voice, chronology, formative scenes, relationships, lessons, intended reader, source materials, and boundaries for the manuscript.

Manuscript Development
Divinityx organizes the source record, creates the manuscript architecture, develops chapters, and preserves version history.

Author Review and Revisions
You review each material version, approve it, approve with corrections, or request revisions. Silence is not treated as approval.

Final Publication Authorization
No edition is publicly released until the required manuscript, cover, metadata, rights, permissions, disclosures, and release approvals are complete.

Publication, Marketing, and Expansion
Approved editions are published. The project receives the marketing services selected in the agreement and a documented expansion review for appropriate future opportunities.
Two agreement pathways
The structure must match the project.
The standard agreement supports author-funded, publisher-invested, shared-cost, and project-specific rights arrangements. Approved no-upfront-cost projects use royalty-only recoupment of a fixed disclosed Development Value under completed written terms.
Important
Reviewing an agreement does not authorize manuscript development. No publishing relationship begins until the project is accepted and the correct client-specific agreement is completed and signed.
