Frequently asked questions

Clear answers before you make a decision.

You should understand the process, responsibilities, approvals, agreement pathway, and limitations before moving forward.

No. Voice to Legacy™ is designed for people who have meaningful experiences, wisdom, testimony, family history, professional knowledge, or a message but may not know how to organize it into a book. You also do not need a finished manuscript — the first step is Guided Voice Discovery.

No. Voice discovery material is private project-review material, not a guarantee of acceptance. Divinityx Publishing Company reviews project fit, readiness, scope, source materials, rights, privacy concerns, and production needs before issuing a decision. Nothing is published without the required agreement, review, and approval.

The first step is Guided Voice Discovery — you may respond to the guided prompts in writing at your own pace, or request a guided phone conversation instead. A deeper discovery guide or workbook is offered later, after discovery, scheduling, or invitation — it is not required to begin.

If your project appears to be a fit, we share what we heard and have a project-fit conversation. Divinityx prepares the project-specific agreement that matches the approved structure. The Deep Author Discovery Session™ and manuscript development begin only after the required agreement is completed and signed.

Your client-specific agreement defines ownership and selected publishing rights. The standard architecture preserves author ownership of original expression and reserves rights that are not specifically selected.

Yes. Material manuscript versions are presented for review. You may approve, approve with corrections, or request revisions. Final public release requires documented authorization.

There is an approved no-upfront-cost agreement pathway for selected projects. It uses a fixed disclosed Development Value and royalty-only recoupment under completed written terms. Not every project is automatically accepted into that model.

No. Project acceptance, publication, sales, royalties, bestseller status, rankings, reviews, Amazon/KDP approval, marketing performance, media attention, institutional orders, and income or financial results cannot be guaranteed.

Signed projects receive the marketing services selected in the agreement and a documented expansion review. Possible opportunities may include audiobooks, workbooks, premium editions, institutional sales, courses, speaking, media, and future books.
